This beautiful piece was originally composed in 2013 for solo piano. The composer is jazz pianist, Shelly Dubow, and his jazz instincts are evident throughout the fabric of this orchestrated arrangement of the original solo piano piece. When he familiarized me the composition, he expressed a desire to hear it performed by a symphony orchestra. I thought it was an excellent idea, so I began the task of recreating the song's themes in a fully orchestrated setting. To me, the result sounds like a theme song for a romantic movie. It turns out that Shelly has already written the screenplay.
